Transcript: Hi. Welcome to Walking on Wednesday. One of the things I was thinking about today as I was walking in the woods, I was reflecting on the newsletter that I sent yesterday about my goal and my intention to scale back, to let go of things, lift the weight that I’m carrying, get that away from me. And I was thinking about, well, what am I going to do with some of this extra time as I scale back? And one of the things that I decided I’m going to do with it is nothing. I’m actually going to take some time to do nothing. My days are really full. My inbox is full. My responsibilities are full. And if I can scale back and simplify a little bit, this idea of doing nothing, even if it’s just for a few minutes a day, is really appealing to me. So I’m curious for you. If you were to simplify a little bit, even able to bring back ten minutes of your day, what would you do with that time? For me, I’m going to do nothing. I’m curious to hear what you would do.
