Transcript: Hi, and welcome to Walking on Wednesday. Last week, I talked a little bit about how I’m simplifying my life, and one thing that I wanted to do is make time for nothing. One comment that I received that I really loved and I really related to is that being doing nothing is still purpose. Purposeful. It is still a purpose. And I love this because being purposeful is at the heart of my coaching practice. I partner with my clients to take a step back and be really purposeful about how they want to navigate through change. It’s not just about finding the next job or making changes in their business. It’s about being really purposeful, about doing it, being grounded in what your values might be, what their personal mission is, what they want their life to look like in five years from now. So as you’re thinking about change and perhaps as you’re taking a walk in the woods, think about what is the purpose that you’re trying to achieve? Achieve? What are you trying to solve for as you go through change? That’s what I have to say for today. I hope you have time today for a beautiful walk in the woods. Take care.
